Waffles and Dinges Truck

Belgian Waffles.  Such deliciousness pressed into nooks and crannies which can hold so much sweetness.  It doesn't get better than that.  Waffles and Dinges in NYC makes the GREATEST WAFFLES IN THE WORLD.  I visited this truck at night with my uncle, and we found it on the corner of St. Marks downtown.  The owner's one of the nicest guys I've met and let me take lots of pictures.  They're one of the oldest food trucks in NYC; they've been around for 7 years.  When I tried the waffle, I almost cried because it was so good.  The waffle itself was already sweet, warm, crispy on the edges, and melted in my mouth.  I know that doesn't sound normal, but that's what it did.

I also ordered 3 toppings-- whip cream, strawberries, which were very fresh, and dulce de leche, which seriously hit the spot and added a creamy texture to the bite.  The whole meal was absolutely delicious. Or, should I say dessert.  Definitely coming back here.  I rate Waffles and Dinges 4 1/2 pineapples.
