Tutto Il Giorno-- 56 Nungent St, Southampton, NY

We walked into an italian restaurant in Southampton.  The place had a good vibe, and was filled with customers, slurping spaghetti into their mouths.  We sat down at a dimly lit table, examining the menu.  The Paccheri really stood out to me.  It was a slow-cooked beef ragu neoplitan style, with wide ribbon pasta.  Everything was perfectly prepared.  I enjoy this type of bolognese better than the ground beef.  The pasta was very tasty, and I tasted basil, garlic, and some cheese.  The only problem was that the pieces were huge. You should never have to cut pasta with a knife!  The beef was delicious.  It tasted like the kind of beef that falls of the bone, the one you would find in a stew.  Very appetizing.  My mom ordered the Cioppino.  It was only okay.  The broth wasn't so good that you wanted to dunk your bread in it and drink down every last bit.  The dish was very messy, especially since you had to deal with the lobster in the broth.  Getting meat off of lobster is hard enough.  But the calamari was extremely tender and the best part of the dish.  At least my dish was good.  Overall, I rate Tutto Il Giorno 3 pineapples.  We'll have to go back with my dad and my friends Scott and Margo, who are huge fans of this place.  Till next time- tdg
