My family and I were out for a day trip in Greenport, so we decided to have a nice lunch at a cool spot called Noah's. I already liked the place before we went in, because there was a nice outside eating area and big, glass windows looking into the restaurant. When I walked in, I discovered that the restaurant was very lofty, with a nice bar. The menu was amazing-- so many delicious items to choose from, plus the amazing special! (I will tell you about that later.) We all had freshly squeezed lemonades to drink, perfectly tart but not too sweet. I started with the Crispy Tasmanian Red Crab Tacos. WHOA! I know. Never had that before. The tacos were surprisingly small, and very crunchy. There was a lot of good crab meat, but it didn't come with jalapeños, which was the main reason I ordered it. It was really just a cold crab salad in a tortilla chip. Then my dad and I shared the Seared Tuna Tartare, which was a cylinder of avocado, cucumber, seaweed, and JALAPEÑO. That was spectacular. It had a perfect mix of flavors, and the tuna was extremely tender. Then, my mom and dad had the special. The extraordinary soft shell crab BLT with apple smoked bacon, arugula, fresh tomatoes, and lemon aioli. Yum. Oh, and crispy, hot, salty fries. Everything about this BLT was alluring, the arugula adding a crunch, and the bacon filling your mouth with a savory/salty flavor. Next time I come back, I want a whole sandwich to myself, supposing they have that special again. Overall, I give Noah's 4 pineapples.
